Independent Study Request

Apply to enroll in an Independent Study with the IDH 4905 Independent Study Form. Please check and see if there is a course in the major that would be appropriate.

Honors Course Contract Request

Use this form to set up an Honors Course Contract for a 3000-4000 level course. Students must log in to Google using Gatorlink credentials to access the form. 

Internship Application

Use this form IDH 4940 Internship Application.

Honors Undergrad Research Application

The IDH 4912 Request for Honors Undergraduate Research Credit Form should only be used when the research advisor does not have an undergrad research number available to them, such as students doing research in the health sciences.

Non-Honors Student Course Registration

Non-Honors students can register for an Honors course, on a space-available basis, starting the third day of each semester by completing this form via their UF G Suite account. Requests to register must be submitted by 4:00pm ET on the last day of drop/add.
