The UF Honors Program is structured in two parts: the First-Year Honors Program (FHP) for first-year students and the University Honors Program (UHP) for upper-division students. At every level of the program, we provide tailored advising, opportunities for community-building and interdisciplinary engagement. The hallmarks of each program are rooted in opportunity, community and challenge.
First-Year Honors Program Admissions
FHP admissions decisions are determined by the UF Office of Admissions. Questions about University admissions or Honors admissions should be directed to the Office of Admissions.
The University Research Scholars Program (URSP) is coordinated by the Center for Undergraduate Research, and questions about this program should be directed to their office.
University Honors Program Admissions
UHP admissions decisions are determined by the Honors Program faculty. Learn more about our lateral entry process, as well as our new Santa Fe College Honors transfer pilot program.
